  1. Keyboard Skills –Learn how to touch type accurately, using the correct keyboard technique
  2. Effective Business Communication – Learn to communicate effectively in business – via letter, email, telephone and personal presentations
  3. Microsoft Word – Introductory and intermediate word processing skills to a good employable standard.
  4. Get Into Journalism – Learn the introductory principles of journalism. This course will give you an overview of journalism and prepare you for your first step into a journalism career
  5. Microsoft Outlook – Learn how to share, manage and schedule information electronically
  6. Teeline or Pitman 2000 Shorthand – Learn the complete theory of either shorthand system. This will enable you to take notes at speeds of up to 70 wpm
  7. Shorthand Speed Development – Learn how to further enhance your shorthand speed to increase dexterity and mental word-holding
