Conditions of Enrolment - Self-Paced Courses (Online / Workbook Based)

1.        Applicants under the age of 18 years must have the consent of their parents or guardians in order to enrol.

2.        Course Fee's must be paid in full prior to the start of the course.  (All fees are subject to VAT at the ruling rate.)

3.        ONCE THE COURSE HAS STARTED, THE WHOLE FEE IS NOT RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

4.        Dishonoured cheques will incur a charge of £10.00 each.

5.        Online courses are available for the length of the agreed license.  License extensions may be permitted subject to payment of a further fee.

6.        The length of the course has been calculated to allow an average client the time to complete the course, however, this will depend on individual aptitude, as will the degree of proficiency achieved.

Conditions of Enrolment - Technical Courses

1.    Course fees must be paid in full at least 14 days prior to the course to allow delivery of course materials. 

2. The course is deemed to have started on delivery of training materials.   ONCE THE COURSE HAS STARTED, THE WHOLE FEE IS NOT RETURNABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

2.    Attendance at online tutorial classes is optional but only permitted for classes in the current course.  Missed classes will not be repeated but may be recorded by prior arrangement when absence is planned and unavoidable.

3.    Access to the online support materials is available for a period of 90days from the date of registration on the site.

3.    Pitman Training reserves the right to cancel a course at any time without liability for any consequential or indirect loss.  In the unlikely event of this happening, we will provide a full refund if alternative dates are not available.
